Detecting Duplicate Entries in Data Files

The Review Duplicates feature allows you to choose any region in the Data Center spreadsheet grid in which to search for duplicates. When a duplicate entry is found, you are prompted to take one of four possible actions: review the duplicates, keep only the first duplicate record, keep only the last duplicate record or delete all duplicate records. During the review process, the data grid is automatically sorted on your duplicate identifier region so that you can easily review the data. This feature is useful if you accidentally process a form multiple times, or someone fills out a form multiple times when this is not permitted.

Review Duplicates is accessed from the task pane or the TOOLS menu. To understand how to use Review Duplicates in your version of Remark Office OMR, consult the help file by pressing F1 or the user's guide by clicking Help|Documentation in the software.
