Error #1935 Installing Software

The 1935 Error message is generated by the Windows Installer when it is unable to access a specific file, folder, or area of the system's registry for some reason. Normally, this error is generated if you not have full administrative rights to the entire computer (including all files, folders, and areas of the Windows Registry) or if a virus scanner is interfering with the install.

Please follow the steps provided below:
  1. Reboot your computer.
  2. Log in using an ID with administrative rights to the local machine.
  3. Disable the virus scanner software.
  4. Run the install file as an administrator by right clicking on the install file and selecting "Run as Administrator."
