File in Use Error when Connecting to an Access/Excel 2010 File

If you are using an Access or Excel 2010 file to import passwords and then try re-establish a connection to that same file for Database Linking, you will receive a File in Use error. This error is being generated by Windows Explorer, not Remark Web Survey. Access/Excel is holding the file open from when it was selected for the password import. By default, Remark Web Survey connects to your same database used to import passwords when you turn on the Enable Database Link option for the credentials question. Therefore, you do not need to reconnect to the database, which will avoid this problem. Instead, once the checkbox is enabled, simply select the desired fields for the database linking operation
