Image in Image Viewer is Black and White Despite Scanning in Color

You can take advantage of the color scanning capabilities of your scanner within Remark Office OMR. Please note that scanning in color may significantly slow down the scanning process. If you would like to scan in color, first show your scanner's TWAIN interface (Tools|Scanner Properties and check the box for Show TWAIN interface) in Remark Office OMR. When you scan forms, ensure the scanner is set to color. In the second step of the reading process , make sure you choose the TIF LZW or Uncompressed format for the storage of your image files. TIF Group 3 and 4 cannot store images in color. Then process your forms. The Remark Image Viewer has a Toggle Image Color button (third from the left) to toggle between the black and white image Remark uses for recognition and the color image that you are storing.
