Managing Terms


To manage your terms, click Manage Terms in the Account Dashboard.

You will be directed to the Term Management page

On the Term Management page you can edit and delete the terms associated with your account.

To delete a term, click the ellipsis (…) at the far right of the line that belongs to the term you wish to delete, select delete. To delete multiple terms at once, check the box next to each term and click Delete Terms at the top right of the page.

To organize the terms by descending or ascending alphabetical order, click the arrow at the top left of the box.

To skip between multiple pages of terms, click the number or first/previous/next/last at the bottom left of the page.

To see how many total terms you have, look to the bottom right of the page.

You can search for a specific term at the top of the page by clicking in the search bar.

Please Note: You will the word "current" in a green bubble next to a term to notify you that it is the active term.


To edit a term, click the ellipsis (...) on the far right that correlates with the term you wish to edit and select edit.

You will be directed to the Edit Term page. Here you can, Edit the Term Name, make this the Current Term, or Archive the Term.

Note that Archiving the term will make this term inactive.
