Restricted Users not Being Saved in the Remark Web Survey Control Panel

We are aware that there is an issue when setting up restricted users in the Remark Web Survey Control Panel. In certain browsers, the settings are not saved. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can put the page in Compatibility Mode and then set up the restricted user. If you are using another browser, you can temporarily use Internet Explorer to set up the restricted user. Alternatively you can contact Remark Support for a hot fix or upgrade to version 5.3. Please note that installing the hot fix and upgrading require web server access on your end.
