Updating a Template when the Form Changes

If you have an existing form template that needs new images due to a minor change in the form, you can use the Reset Images feature. This feature provides a quick way to refresh your form template images without creating a new form template from scratch. Once the form is updated, you simply scan a new copy and then update the regions you have already defined (remove ones that no longer exist, move them around, etc.). This feature works for both small changes, like a shift in printing, or more major changes where you have added or removed questions, or rearranged them on the form.

Reset Images is accessible from the TOOLS menu or toolbar in the Template Editor. To understand how to use Reset Images in your version of Remark Office OMR, consult the help file by pressing F1 or the user's guide by clicking Help|Documentation in the software.
