Enforcing a Secure Connection to the Web Form when Accessed via an Unsecured Channel

The address for submitting the web form information is determined from the data script address set when designing the web form in the designer portion of the software on the client PC. 

If the data script address specified in the software in both Web Survey Options and in the web form properties for the specific web form is set to use https, then whenever data is submitted from the web form, it will always be submitted to the https address.

Even if someone tried to access the script to take the web form over normal http, as soon as data is submitted, it will still be submitted to the secure address.
