Error #5800 Running Reports


The tool used to generate reports in the Remark software uses your printer's settings to lay out the reports. If you receive an Error #5800 when trying to run reports (launch Remark Quick Stats) the first step in error checking this issue is to find out if you have a default printer set up on your PC. If you do not have a printer setup, install one and try running Remark Quick Stats again. If you do have a default printer set up but it is a non-conventional printer, such as a label maker, try setting up a regular printer on your PC, a printer that can print letter documents, and try running Remark Quick Stats again. Or try setting a different regular printer as your default. Then try running Remark Quick Stats again.
