Managing Classes


To manage your classes, click Manage Classes in the Account Dashboard.

You will be directed to the Class Management page.

Here you can edit and delete the classes associated with your account, as well as view quick information pertaining to each class such as Class name, Class ID, Teacher, Term, Students, and Tests.

To view a class, click the name of the class.

 

 

You will be directed to the Class page. Here you can view and edit the Tests and Roster associated with the class.

 

 

To edit a class, click the pencil icon on the far right that correlates with the class you wish to edit.

 

 

You will be directed to the Edit Class page. Here you can view all the information for the class, as well as edit the Class Name, Class ID, Teacher and Term, as well as edit the roster by importing, adding or deleting students.

 

 

To delete a class, click the trash can icon at the far right of the line that belongs to the class you wish to delete; or to delete multiple classes at once, check the box next to each class and click Delete Classes at the top right of the page.

To organize the classes by descending or ascending alphabetical order, click the arrow at the top left of the box.

To skip between multiple pages of classes, click the number or first/previous/next/last at the bottom left of the page.

Above the list of classes, you are also able to view only Active classes, All classes, classes from the Current Term only or classes from All Terms.

To see how many total classes you have, look to the bottom right of the page.

You can search for a specific class at the top of the page by clicking in the search bar.

 Please Note: Inactive classes will have the words "Archived" next to it.
